Marketing Operations is the University’s promotional and reputation building department. With a focus on building brand awareness and reputation in market, as well as working collaboratively with Student Recruitment teams to drive applications and enrolment to the University, the Marketing Operations team is responsible for ensuring Curtin’s brand is applied consistently across communications to external audiences. The Marketing Operations team can support with a range of communication services to support the Curtin Sarawak community, where the goal or objective is brand and reputation and student recruitment marketing (domestic and international). The Marketing Operations team works closely with the Corporate Affairs department who also have responsibility for reputation building with external audiences and industry via news and media communications, alumni and other industry related activity. If you require marketing support, please complete this request form, and include a marketing brief outlining your objectives and requirements. The Marketing Operations team will assess your request, and be in touch to discuss as required. Where your request falls outside of Marketing Operations remit, we will assign your request to another department and let you know. Please attach a completed Marketing Request Brief to your request. Requests without a brief will not be actioned.
