Policy Administration
The PQA Office is charged with the stewardship of the policy development process and this role includes –  supporting the process of delivering and maintaining policy information in a consistent official format (both for paper-based and electronic format); editing drafts of policy documents; guiding policies through the development process; and maintaining a central online repository of university policies in the Campus.

Process Improvement Facilitation
The key objective of this function is to provide process improvements, enhanced administrative systems, and improved workflows to generate efficiency and benefits across the organisation

In addition, this functions also:

  • Undertakes benchmarking exercise with other institutions for improvement purposes.
  • supports the ISO 9001:2008 impending implementation in Curtin Sarawak
